Recently, NeseOS Forum website's "/registry" endpoint was updated. If you're banned (with the same IP), you cannot register the account with the same IP (since you're registering an account on NeseOS Forum website with your IP address). Even if you already registered, associated accounts will also be affected too. Be careful!
